The Feud 2025

  • Matewan, West Virginia (map)

Event Features

  • Trail rides of various difficulty. These will range from more scenic, gravel roads to more extreme off-roading with rougher terrain, steep inclines, and rock elements

  • Car Show: Show & Shine with non-biased judging. Due to the many makes and models participating in this event, there will be a ton of awards!

  • Halloween costume & rig-decorating contest. Categories: Scariest, Funniest, Cutest, and Best All-Around. The bar has been set HIGH, friends. Beware!

  • Pup Parade: Dress up your pup for Halloween or have them show off their tricks. We love pups and other furry leashable friends at The Feud!

  • Vendors & Food Trucks: Peruse the field and check out our vendors that cater to all makes and models of vehicles as well as all types of off-roaders. We will also feature several food trucks at the event, but feel free to wander into Matewan to check out the local food and goods!

  • Flex Ramp Competition, Mud Course, and some more wacky contests in the works

  • Giveaways, Raffles, and 50/50 - 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Sprigg Freewill Baptist Church Youth Food Ministry, where meals are provided to children in need at least twice a week.

Helpful Information

  • GMRS Radios are a MUST while trail riding. There is also limited cell service in the area, so these will come in handy. Be sure that you have radios and a way to charge them over the weekend.

  • We highly recommend that you download offline maps of the area prior to arrival. Once again, there is limited cell service, so it will be helpful to have maps saved on your phone.

  • Pack and wear layers. Temperatures can be in the 40s early morning and night and get up to 70-80 degrees mid-day. Hiking boots are also recommended for the trails.

  • Do NOT attempt to do more than what you or your vehicle are capable of. We will have various levels of trails along with guides on each ride. For your safety, it is important that you listen to your trail guide(s).
