About The Feud
The Feud All-Terrain Rally is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and annual off-road charity event in Historic Matewan, West Virginia, created to honor the legacy of CEO Osie Casey’s father, Clinton E. Layne. Clinton was a proud veteran and retired coal miner who overcame personal challenges and devoted his life to lifting up his community. His spirit of resilience and service inspires everything we do.
Launched in 2024 as a Bronco vs. Jeep car show, The Feud has since evolved into a purpose-driven event that brings together the broader off-road community. We welcome properly equipped, full-size, high-clearance 4x4 vehicles, united by a shared commitment to adventure, camaraderie, and making a meaningful impact for local families.
Our mission is simple: mobilize off-road passion to feed and support youth and families throughout Mingo County and the Tug Valley region. In our inaugural year, the generosity of participants enabled us to provide three months of food assistance to the Sprigg Freewill Baptist Church Youth Food Ministry. That momentum only grew. In 2025, we successfully raised enough funds and collected enough non-perishable food to sustain the ministry’s efforts for an entire year, helping ensure local children have consistent access to meals and essential resources.
Join us for trail rides, community fellowship, and Appalachian exploration as we continue to fuel hope and give back to the families who call these mountains home.
